Cookie Policy

The short version: Imagine This doesn't use cookies, analytics, ads or trackers. Your browser saves a few small settings so the game works, and none of them are shared with anyone.
What your browser saves
Instead of cookies, the game uses your browser's own storage ("local storage" and "session storage"). These items stay on your device and are only read by Imagine This:
| Item | What it's for | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Your player ID | Lets you rejoin the same game, with your score, if your phone sleeps or loses its connection. | Until you leave the game or clear your browser data |
| Your name | Fills in your name next time you join. | Until you clear your browser data |
| That you've agreed to the terms, and your age range | So you don't have to confirm again on every game. | Until you clear your browser data |
| What you're typing this round | Keeps your half-written idea if the page reloads. | Until you close the tab |
| Host screen settings: sound levels, subtitles, and which game the screen is running | Remembers how the TV is set up. | Until you clear your browser data |
Do I need to accept anything?
No. Everything above is needed for the game you chose to play, and nothing is used for advertising or tracking, so there's no cookie banner to click. The game's fonts are stored with the game, so your browser doesn't contact Google or any other font service.
